That night, Mimi finally dragged herself back home. Her body still ached from Yoongi’s rough fucking, her lips swollen from his kisses, her mind spinning. She hesitated at the door, not ready to face her father or Koo, but when she stepped inside, both were waiting in the living room.
Taehyung stood with his arms crossed, tension in his jaw, while Koo fidgeted nervously beside him, wearing one of her barely-there skirts.
“Mimi…” Koo’s voice was soft, almost pleading. “I—I’m so sorry. I never wanted to hurt you. I know what I did was wrong.”
Taehyung stepped forward, his voice lower. “She’s right. I crossed the line too. I shouldn’t have let it happen that way. I should’ve told you. I’m sorry, princess.”
Mimi folded her arms, staring at them both. For a moment, she wanted to scream again, to throw something, to curse them. But exhaustion weighed heavier than rage.
“…Fine,” she muttered finally, looking away. “I forgive you. Just—don’t ever hide something like that again.”
Taehyung let out a long breath, relief flickering across his face. He pulled out his wallet and slipped a bundle of cash into her hand. “For your weekends. Extra. I want you to be happy, Mimi.”
Mimi smirked slightly despite herself. “You’re trying to bribe me, Dad.”
“Maybe,” Taehyung admitted with a half-smile.
The tension softened. Koo immediately grabbed Mimi’s hand, tugging her gently. “Can we talk? Just us? Please?”
Mimi sighed but nodded, letting Koo pull her into her bedroom. They sat side by side on the bed, the silence thick between them.
Finally, Koo turned, her eyes wet. “Mimi… I really am sorry. I know I betrayed you. But I can’t lie—I like your dad. I’ve liked him for so long. And when he touches me, I can’t stop myself. I know it’s wrong, but… he makes me feel alive.”
Mimi’s lips parted, surprise flickering through her. For a moment she wanted to scream again—but instead, she found herself exhaling a shaky laugh.
“…I get it,” she whispered. “Because I did something just as bad.”
Koo blinked. “What do you mean?”
Mimi bit her lip, cheeks flushing. “After I ran out earlier… I went to your place. Yoongi was there. He held me, he comforted me—and then…” She trailed off, her voice dropping. “I kissed him. And he kissed me back. And then… he fucked me.”
Koo gasped, her hand flying to her mouth. “Mimi! You and my dad?!”
Mimi covered her face, laughing nervously. “I know! I know it’s crazy—but I wanted him for so long, Koo. And when he touched me, I couldn’t stop. He made me forget everything.”
Koo was silent for a long moment, then lowered her hand, her lips curling into a wicked smile. “So… you and my dad. Me and your dad. We’re both sluts for each other’s fathers.”
Mimi burst into laughter, half in relief, half in disbelief. “God, when you put it like that…”
Koo grabbed her hands, squeezing tight. “I don’t hate you for it. I support you. If my dad makes you feel good, then be with him. Just like I’ll be with Taehyung. We’ll figure it out.”
Mimi looked at her best friend—the girl she’d just hours ago called a traitor—and felt the bond between them twist into something darker, deeper.
“…We really are sluts,” Mimi said with a grin.
“The sluttiest,” Koo agreed, giggling, before flopping back on the bed.
For the first time that day, Mimi felt lighter.
And somewhere in the back of her mind, an idea sparked—what would happen if their two worlds collided?
